Thank you for taking the time to visit my page. I hope this gives you a little more understanding of who I am and how I would like to help you feel better and meet your goals.
There are times in our lives when things are overwhelming, and we feel like we can’t find the strength or motivation to keep going. Sometimes it feels like our family and friends don’t understand what we are going through. We may even feel like we lack the skills to reach our goals, have healthy relationships, and live the life we have envisioned for ourselves. I am here to offer insight and guidance during these challenging times. I help adolescents and adults who are overwhelmed by the activities of daily living by using strengths based and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy with an authentic and personable approach. I work well with adolescent males who are having difficulty managing anger, as well as individuals of the LGBTQIA community. I use a variety of interactive interventions that are person centered and engaging to increase mindful awareness, decrease problem behaviors, and help others achieve the peace of mind and stillness they have been seeking.
So, come on in and let’s work together to create a plan that gets you back to living your best life!
See you soon!
